We strive to make your hospital journey smooth and hassle-free, whether you’re opting for a planned procedure or facing a medical emergency.
If your insurance provider is part of our empanelled network, you can avail of cashless hospitalization through your Third-Party Administrator (TPA). In case your insurer is not listed with us, our insurance support team will guide you through the reimbursement process with full assistance. While Oxford Hospitals facilitates the pre-authorization process, final approval always rests with the insurance provider or TPA.
For scheduled admissions, it is advised to submit the estimated treatment cost for pre-approval at least 4-5 days prior to the hospital visit. Our insurance helpdesk team is available to assist you in completing and submitting the required forms. Do note that approvals may be denied if the illness is not covered or if insufficient information is provided.
At the time of discharge, you may be required to settle the balance amount if your hospital bill exceeds the approved limit. Non-medical expenses, which are not covered by your policy, must also be paid separately. The hospital will submit all relevant documents—including discharge summary, final bill, and lab reports—to the TPA for final claim settlement.
In case of emergencies, patient care is prioritized. Our helpdesk will coordinate with your TPA to fast-track the approval process, typically within six hours. If immediate treatment is required before approval, a deposit can be made, and the process can later be shifted to reimbursement.
